Know your level

Our activities require a minimum level of physical fitness, which we will assess together to ensure the best possible supervision.

For introductory courses, we always prefer to take the time to discuss this with you beforehand. We invite beginners and experts alike to contact us directly to discuss their requirements. That’s why online booking of outings is aimed at experienced riders who already have experience in the activity concerned.

We’ll help you prepare for your activity as precisely as possible.
Any particular health problems, with or without medical treatment, must be notified at the time of booking.

Be aware of yourself and your environment

Participants must be aware of the sporting and extreme nature of some of the activities on offer.
The practice of mountain activities implies the acceptance of a natural and objective risk (falling rocks or seracs, crevasses, avalanches, etc.).
Supervision by a professional cannot totally eliminate this risk. Taking part in our activities implies a certain degree of autonomy: participants must take care of their own safety and that of others, in particular by scrupulously following the instructions given by the supervisor.
